To the outside, there's an enclosed garden with patio, seating and barbecue, whilst a designated parking space for one car. Pen Y Bryn is the perfect holiday home for a group break to the bustling town of Conwy.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated parking space for one car at the front of the property. Enclosed garden with patio, seating and barbecue with bike storage in the outbuilding. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: The property isn't suitable for children under five or people with limited mobility due to steep stairs and uneven floors. Note: There are low internal doorways in the property care to be taken. Note: Pets are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Note: If bringing more than 1 car others are to be parked nearby and not on the street the property is on, you can purchase a 24 hours ticket from nearby machines for £5. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Please note - Through November to end of February, the property will only accept bookings Friday - Monday, Monday - Friday and Friday - Friday. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
