Y Tylwyth in Manod, Gwynedd, sleeps five in ten bedrooms.  Y Tylwyth is a detached family home housing a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room, study and a games room. Appliances include a range electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and there are two Smarts TVs, TV, pool table, darts and WiFi. Underfloor heating with individual room zone thermostats on the ground floor, and radiators upstairs.The bedrooms include a super-king-size with en-suite shower, three king-size, and a twin, served by two bathrooms. Outside is an enclosed tiered garden with rooftop terrace and furniture and private off-road parking for 6 cars. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Garage for storage of bicycles, kayaks, etc. available upon request. Within 1.2 miles or less there is a shop and pub and please note, one pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in rent. There is also a travel cot and highchair.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
