The bedrooms consist of two double rooms with storage, along with a main bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a front wildlife-friendly garden, and a side lawn area with furniture, and roadside parking on a first come first serve basis, accessible over a small bridge/stream. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.2 miles you will find the beach, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 26 Llawr Pentre is a charming dwelling for a trip to North Wales. Note: No handrail to the stairs. Note: The front garden is not enclosed. Note: There is a stream/bridge to the front of the property, which must be walked over for access.Please note: Dogs are welcome and must be added to the booking so the owner is aware. Please note: Dogs must be supervised [on a lead] when outside of the property due to the surroundings.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
