This is a stone-built cottage in the village of Chwilog on the Llyn Peninsula and can sleep six people within three bedrooms.  Situated just outside the village of Chwilog in the beautiful countryside of the Llyn Peninsula, Beudy is a charming three bedroom holiday cottage that can sleep six people. One of these bedrooms is an en suite shower room, but there is also a shared family bathroom. The living accommodation consists of a modern kitchen with dining area and a cosy sitting room. Outside there is a private enclosed garden with lawn and furnished patio area and a shared use of a communal garden and play area, as well as three off-road parking spaces. Beudy is ideal for a family or group of friends wanting a rural retreat close to the coast. Two well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £30 per pet, per holiday. On occasion, the owner may accept a 3rd dog can attend at a further £40 charge, but please contact us to discuss this request.

Electric central heating. Electric hob and cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. TV with Freeview and Netflix, WiFi, Selection of Games, Books, DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed private garden with furniture and access to shared garden and kids play area. Two well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £30 per pet, per holiday - On occasion, the owner may accept a 3rd dog can attend at a further £40 charge, but please contact us to discuss this request. Please Note: The owner allows charging of an electric car from a 3 pin socket in the house at an additional charge of £100 per day. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 20 minute walk. Pub 4 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
