It hosts three bedrooms; a double with en-suite, a double and one twin, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Inside you will also find a kitchen/dining room, which poses seating for six people and two lounge areas including sofas and TVs. Off-road parking is available.
Gas heating. Dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, gas oven and hob, TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot, highchair and stair gate available. Hot tub. No private outside area. Off-road parking available. Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Closet pub is within 500m and the local shop can be found within 1.5 miles. Note: There is a fishing pool available with carp. The owner provides a day ticket at an extra cost. there is no requirement to book for fishing.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
