There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV, woodburning stove and sofa bed. Gas central heating and underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There’s a highchair and travel cot available. Outside there’s off-road parking for 2 cars and a enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 1.2 miles, pub in 1.5 miles, beach in 0.8 miles. The Old Dairy is a wonderful base for your next family holiday. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
