A detached cottage situated close to the village of Llandudno Junction. It houses four bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people.  Pen Y Bryn Cottage is a detached property, situated on the outskirts of Llandudno Junction. Inside, you will find four bedrooms, comprising of two ground-floor king-size double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a first-floor king-size double and a standard double. There is also a family shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC and a ground floor WC with basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an open-fire and a snug with a woodburning fire. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a large lawn area. Pen Y Bryn Cottage is a wonderful escape to North Wales.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Ramp at front door. Large lawn garden area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Pet Charge - £25 per pet per stay. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub and shop within 4 miles. Sorry no electric car charging allowed at the property, nearest charging point al Lill 1.5 miles away. The property has access to a two acre field that would be suitable for a horse. There is a charge of £100 per week payable directly to the owner to use this. Please note this property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
