Maenllwyd in Porthmadog, Gwynedd, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining for four guests, a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a bunk, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed raised-level garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 1 mile you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub and within 0.1 mile, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Maenllwyd is a lovely base for exploring all that Gwynedd has to offer. Note: Parking is just further up the lance once you have passed the property. Note: Access to the garden is via a steep set of stairs and can be slippery when wet, please take care. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
