Bron Celyn Bach in Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with TV and woodburning stove. There are two double bedrooms, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a front sloped garden with lawn, patio, furniture and bike storage, and off-road parking for two cars, 25 yards away. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.6 miles. There are low beams throughout the home; please take care. The second double has single-side access, it is a small double. There are steps leading up to the kitchen; please take care. Guests can unload their belongings outside the property before parking in the designated spot. Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 9:30am. The stairs are steep so the property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
