5 Banc Llugwy, Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, sleeps four guests in two beds.  5 Banc Llugwy is an attractive, stone cottage in the centre of Betws-y-Coed in North Wales which has two bedrooms including a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, towel rail and WC and a double, as well as a family bathroom with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, basin, towel rail and WC. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is also a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove and a Smart TV. Outside, there are open gardens to the front with gardens to the rear with a patio area, lawns and patio furniture. Within 0.1 miles, there is a shop and a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There are steps with a handrail leading up to the property and to the gardens at the rear so please bear this in mind when booking. 5 Banc Llugwy in Betws-y-Coed offers guests traditional cottage accommodation in the heart of town.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
