The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, towel rail and WC, a twin with a cot, and a ground-floor shower room with a basin, towel rail and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and sun loungers. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, this is smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.4 miles. Swn y Mor enjoys a superb setting and promises guests a memorable holiday close to the sea. Note: There are steps leading up to the outside patio area so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 350GBP. Please Note: there is Ring Camera system at the property but is not in use during Guest's stay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
