Si-Yr-Afon in Beddgelert, Gwynedd sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Si-Yr-Afon consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a living/dining room with sitting for six people, a woodburning stove, a TV and a sitting room with a selection of books and games. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and one twin alongside a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden area with a patio, balcony and furniture. There is roadside parking on a first come first serve basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for 20GBP per dog, but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles a river. A highchair and travel cot are available on request and WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Children must be supervised in the garden as the lake backs onto the property. Note: Steps going down onto the lower patio area of the garden. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Si-Yr-Afron is a fantastic base for your holiday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
