Llety rests in Beddgelert, Gwynedd and can sleep four guests in two bedrooms. Llety, a cottage, consists of a kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a patio and picnic bench, an enclosed rear garden with decking and furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and a river. Return year after year to Llety. Note: Please supervise children as there is access through a gate to the river.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
