Beudy Mawr in Anelog, Gwynedd, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, Nintendo Wii. The bedrooms all have Smart TVs and consist of two king-size and a twin, serviced by two shower rooms. Outside there is an enclosed front terrace with bench, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available, but please bring your own bedding for the cot. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.5 miles and a beach in 1.6 miles. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
