Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower and two twins, along with a bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to four people. Downstairs there is a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with open fire and games room. To the outside is a lawned garden with furniture and ample off-road parking. Orsedd Wen Farmhouse is a fine escape for families with endless walking and cycling opportunities from the door.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Spacious kitchen with Range cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Smart TV in lounge, WiFi, Pool table, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for three cars. EV charger (charges apply) Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with solid oak table and chairs for 6 people and gas BBQ. Strictly 2 dogs welcome. Please note: Pets are not allowed on furniture, upstairs, or in any bedrooms or left unattended in the property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Restricted headroom in games room, please take care. Note: This property can accommodate upto 6 adults and one infant. Note: The king-size ensuite is accessed through one of the twin rooms. Note: More logs can be purchased from the owner for the fire. This property is on a working farm - Dogs must be kept on a lead around sheep. Note: this property accept as maximum occupancy of 6 plus 1 infant. Please Note check in days are either a Monday or a Thursday, for any other days please call our reservation team to enquire

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
