With comfortable accommodation for up to seven people across three bedrooms (one family and two twins), this beautiful Victorian property enjoys breathtaking views of mountain scenery in a tranquil and beautiful location. This comfortable, homely property is half of a traditional Victorian farmhouse. The house has been sympathetically converted to provide cosy and fully self-contained holiday accommodation on a 96-acre working farm only three miles from Criccieth. Well equipped throughout and providing a welcoming mix of antique furnishings and up to the moment modern convenience, this three-bedroom house is beautifully decorated throughout. With panoramic views of Snowdonia National Park from the bedrooms, this property also has an utterly charming sitting room with an open fire and mountain views. A perfect location for those wanting to explore the breathtaking mountain countryside that surrounds this idyllic location. Please note that electric cars cannot be charges at this property.

Note: This property is suitable for a maximum of 6 including infants. Note: Check-in between 2pm and 6pm, check-out 9:30 am. Please note that electric cars cannot be charges at this property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
