Collfryn, Llandwrog near Bontnewydd, Wales, sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four plus bar seating for four and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove, as well as a separate dining table sitting six and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a family room with double and single, a double and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, BBQ and 12 acres of land, plus off-road parking for 3 cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Within 2.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price Note: Non-enclosed stream in garden, please supervise children and pets. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
