Ty Coed is a beautifully presented, detached property situated in the heart of Abersoch, Wales and can sleep ten guests in five bedrooms.  Five bedrooms including two king-size, double, twin, adult bunk. There is also a bathroom, shower room, cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, snug and a sitting room. The heating is oil and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment there are two smart TVs, a TV with basic Sky Q, DVD player and Superfast broadband WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included. A travel cot and highchair are provided. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with decking, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but smoking is not permitted. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.3 miles. Ty Coed is a wonderful retreat, whatever time of year.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
