There's also a kitchen, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining seating. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, hot tub (additional charge of £125 payable directly to the owner), furniture, pizza oven, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free holiday home. You can find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 1.3 miles. Note: The family room sleeps up to six guests and the single bunk is accessed via a steep ladder. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow, however there is a handrail. Note: The owners respectfully request that as the property is in a quiet residential area, the hot tub and garden is not to be used after 10.00pm so as not to disturb other residents. Note: This house ONLY allows Friday arrivals, or Mondays' for short stays.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
