There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an open fire. The kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, while for your entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fire, and bed linens are included in the rent, and you will also find highchair, cot, travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with decking, a patio, a bar, a barbecue and furniture. The property accepts pets, however it does not allow smoking and there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. Please note that there are steps down to the back garden so please take care. Find a shop and pub in 0.2 miles and a beach in 0.3 miles. Nyth Y Fran is a fantastic base for a break to the Welsh seaside.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
