Crowrach Cottage is a traditional, whitewashed holiday home settled in Bwlchtocyn, near Abersoch in Gwynedd and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and dishwasher, a living/dining room with an open fire and a TV, a conservatory and a shared external utility with a freezer and washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double, two twins and a bunk, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is ample off-road parking, a private front garden with lawn and furniture and access to shared lawned garden. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Crowrach Cottage is homely base for an escape to the Wales. Note: Linen is not provided for the travel cot. Note: One of the twin bedrooms is accessed via a staircase leading from the kitchen and there is no door in-between. Note: The washing machine and freezer are located in the shared external utility.

Please note the middle of the driveway must be kept clear for the tractor to get access to mow the garden. Private front garden with lawn and furniture and access to shared lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.7 miles, beach 1.9 miles. Note: Linen is not provided for the travel cot. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
