This first floor apartment sleeps four people and has a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with double sofa bed. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ and parking is available in a nearby car park. Flat 1 is a delightful base for exploring that there is to see nearby.

Cot and highchair on request. Parking permit for 1 car in car park 50 yards away. Free National Trust car park for members 50 yards away. Enclosed patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome at a charge of £20. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub next door. Beach opposite. Note: Apartment accessed up external steps. Note: Guests staying at apartment next door have access across the patio. Note: Apartment is above a fish bar, selling local seafood, which is open from 12 noon to 9 pm - some associated noise may be experienced. Note: This property has a £100 good housekeeping bond.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
