The Firs near Dereham, Norfolk sleeps 14 in six bedrooms. The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with range style cooker with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area, a sitting area with Smart TV, a conservatory and a library. The bedrooms consist of a four king-size rooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms, all are serviced by a bathroom, shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a private garden with patio, lawn furniture and barbecue. Within 3.5 miles there is a shop and 2.8 miles a pub. Two-well behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Firs is a great setting for a family getaway to Norfolk. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
