Located in the East Anglian village of Hainford, this detached farmhouse sleeps ten people in four bedrooms. Grange Farmhouse sits on a stud farm and equestrian centre in Hainford in East Anglia. It has five bedrooms, made up of two king-size doubles with en-suites, a double with an en-suite and two more doubles, there is also a family bathroom, a family shower room and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep ten people. Inside of the property there is also a kitchen with dining area, a utility, a dining room, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves, a snug room and a study. To the outside lies plenty of off road parking and a lawn area with tables and chairs. Grange Farmhouse is a charming property in the perfect location for exploring East Anglia.

Note: If booked together with Ref 14395 there is an interconnecting door that can be opened between the properties. Note: No children under 12 years including infants. Note: Horses welcome, livery available by arrangement with owner. Note: The owner can arrange for sailing lessons at the nearby Wroxham Sailing Club; winter shooting breaks on one of the professional shoots in the area and racing days at Great Yarmouth, Fakenham or Newmarket, please contact the owner for more details. Note: No Stag, Hen or similar. Note: The property owner is to be notified if guests wish to invite others to the property but they must note that children under 12 are not allowed. Note: the property does not have charging stations for electric vehicles, at the moment, the owner would ask all visitors not to use the electricity from the property they are staying in to charge their cars

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
