There is also a shower room. Outside there is roadside parking available and additional parking in the nearby car park. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Roof Top is a lovely base from which to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs which may be unsuitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: The entrance hallway is shared with the owners. Note: This is an adult-only property.

Daytime parking immediately outside the property is restricted to 45 minutes, however plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets and a public pay & display car park on the street behind the property. While we are animal lovers, the property is unsuitable for pets due to no outdoor amenity. Strictly no smoking. Shops and pubs & beach all less than 0.1 miles. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs which may be unsuitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: The entrance hallway is shared with the owners. This property does not accept Sunday changeovers without prior arrangement.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
