The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a bunk room, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with patio and furniture, unrestricted roadside parking around the corner or guests can purchase a long-term, 7-day parking pass available to purchase in Cliff Road. One well-behaved dog is welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lobster Pot Cottage is a delightful base for a Norfolk getaway. Note: There are steps down to the property. Note: There are steps in the hallway up to the living space. Note: The bunk room is accessed via the king-size bedroom. Note: There is a brook to the rear of the property. Note: The property is set on a main road.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
