The Farmhouse near North Walsham, Norfolk sleeps twelve in six bedrooms. This home has a kitchen/diner with AGA with 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for twelve guests and a woodburning stove, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, a snug with TV and woodburning stove and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with sofa and en-suite shower room, three king-size, a twin with en-suite shower room and a ground-floor double, along with a bathroom and two cloakrooms. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture, barbecue and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for six cars. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. The Farmhouse is a wonderful escape for a trip to Norfolk. Note: No all-night parties. Note: There are two pet rabbits that are kept at the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
