Cobblers Barn House in Repps With Bastwick can sleep six in three bedrooms. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen housing an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a Smart TV and dining area, while the utility room has a washing machine. The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link) with Smart TV and en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC and a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower. To the outside is an enclosed patio garden with hot tub, a cycle rack for six bikes, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Cobblers Barn is a lovely escape, whatever time of year. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
