The Long Barn near Lenwade, Norfolk sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a utility with washing machine, dining area with seating for six guests and sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of one king-size with en-suite shower room and two twins, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared enclosed seating area opposite the cottage, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.3 miles you'll find a shop and in 1.1, a pub. Please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Long Barn is a wonderful place to enjoy at any time of the year. Note: The property is positioned close to a main road, and there may be some associated traffic noise. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
