Kitchen with electric hob and cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. An iron is also available. The sitting room has an open fire, 2 x 3 seater sofas, a TV with freeview, plus a dining area. Outside there's ample off road parking and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Swan Dyke Cottage is a delightful base all year round. Note: There is unfenced river frontage, children and pets to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: the banister has gaps of more than 100mm so regrettably the property cannot accommodate children under 5.
