It has five bedrooms: one master with king-size with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, one double, one single and one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room in a separate annexe. There is a bathroom and WC, as well as a ground floor shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. There is an additional sitting room in the annex, and a utility room. Off-road parking is available. Outside has a private lawned garden with a patio area and furniture provided. Cherry Tree Cottage will create many happy holiday memories for you and leave you not wanting to leave.

Private rear lawned garden with patio area and furniture and built in BBQ ( owner provides first bag of charcoal). 11x Travel cot and 1x highchair provided at the property and additional child bed (available on request). Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry no smoking. Pub 2 miles, Shop 3 miles. Note; Access to bunk bed room is via the master bedroom. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note; Childs bunk only suitable for upto 12 years. Please note: This property only accepts 3 night minimum night stays Please note: This property has a good house keeping bond of £250 Holiday bookings only, no worker bookings. This property is on the same road as property 971107 (Greenacres) and can be booked in conjunction with this property to sleep an additional 11 guests. Please note - Check in on a Sunday will not be allowed.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
