It has two bedrooms: one double with en-suite basin and WC and one 2'3" twin. There is a separate shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a dressing room. Outside has a wrap-around decking with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars and further parking in main car park. 4 Lake View is an idyllic lodge located in the heart of Norfolk countryside. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Gas coal effect fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, TV, DVD player and a selection of books and DVD's and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars directly outside and further parking in main car park. Wrap-around decking area. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.8 miles and pub 3.1 miles. Note: Though the property is on the ground floor, there are steps leading up to the front door, which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Please note: Due to the location of the property, the WiFi signal may sometimes be intermittent. Please Note: Charging of electric cars is not permitted at this property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
