This cottage is located in the village of Gorleston-on-Sea near Great Yarmouth and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Lighthouse View is a three-storey cottage situated in the village of Gorleston-on-Sea in Norfolk. Hosting five bedrooms; three king-size, a double, a single with pull-out bed and children's bunks, as well as a separate twin, this property can sleep up to twelve people. Inside you will also find a bathroom and two shower rooms, kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside is roadside parking, and a rear garden with hot tub. Resting in a lovely location with pleasant views, Lighthouse View is a fabulous cottage in a much appreciated part of England.

Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available. Off road parking at the back of the property as well as free roadside parking. Rear garden with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk; nearest pub is 2 mins walk. Note: The owner is not providing a starter pack for the fire, but fuel can be purchased from the local supermarket and B&Q which are close by. No stag/hen or similar

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
