Maples is a stunning, detached holiday home resting in Hunstanton, Norfolk and can sleep 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.  This three-storey home consists of a kitchen/diner with range cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining seating for 10, a sitting room with gas fire and TV and another sitting room with TV. There is also a snug area of the first floor with a selection of books and a dog room with cleaning station. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double with en-suite bathroom, a twin with en-suite bathroom, a third-floor twin with en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. The third floor hosts a games room with a TV with sky. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and patio, as well as off-road parking for two small cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are welcome; however, smoking is not allowed. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.7 miles, a beach. Whisk your loved ones away to the delightsome dwelling of Maples. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
