Sitting room with electric fire, and Gas central heating. We welcome well-behaved dogs...... We do ask if you can refrain from allowing your pet in the bedroom.

Apple Tree House in Hunstanton, Norfolk sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Apple Tree House consists of a kitchen/diner with a gas range cooker with oven and hob, airfryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, a dining room with seating for eight guests and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. There is a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV, a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a twin, along with a shower room and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and barbecue, and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.7 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is also available. Apple Tree House is the perfect base for a family getaway in Norfolk.

Note: The stairs to the second floor bedroom are quite steep and may not be suitable for lower mobility.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
