Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with astro-turf, patio, and furniture, plus off-road parking. Within 1.6 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Note: Due to the steepness of the stairs this property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 including Infants, as a stairgate cannot be fitted, or those with limited mobility.
