Beach haven, Cart Gap, Walcott, Norfolk, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.  Beach Haven consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer and a breakfast bar, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for a dining space for eight guests, a sitting room with sofa bed, TV and woodburning stove and a conservatory/games room with pool table and darts board. Outside there is a private, wraparound garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for five cars. Within 1.9 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Wood briquettes, kindling and firelighters for the woodburning stove are provided by the owner; additional supplies can be purchased nearby. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
