Rose Cottage is a charming, semi-detached cottage sleeping five people in two bedrooms.  This two-storey cottage hosts two double bedrooms, one with a truckle bed for flexible sleeping, along with a bathroom, kitchen/diner, sitting room and snug room, which have a woodburning stove. The kitchen contains an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a Smart TV with sky and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed front garden with lawned area and seating. The central heating is powered by oil and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels, and power. The owner has no limit on the amount of pets’ welcome, however, please ensure pets and young children and always supervised, especially with the steep staircase. Please by mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop within 0.8 miles and a pub within 1.4 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
