Lily Collie's is a charming, detached bungalow settled in the the quiet hamlet of Bogmoor, in Moray, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Set across one level and hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, whilst the central heating is multi-fuel. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment purposes, there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available for the little ones when requested. Outside, there is off-road parking available for four cars, a small front garden and a large rear garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
