The Gables rests in Tywyn, Gwynedd and can sleep eight guests in four bedrooms.Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permissible at the property The Gables consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, wine chiller, and dining table, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, king-size, and two ground-floor twin, all with en-suites and TVs, plus a ground-floor bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The Gables is a wonderful escape to Gwynedd, whatever time of year. Note: Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms, on furniture, or upstairs. Note: Charge of 35 GBP per dog, per week. Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Note: No all-male or all-female parties allowed. Note: Maximum of 4 children in the party. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 400 GBP. Please note: between April - September this property can only accommodate week-long bookings that must start on Saturday.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
