Home to One king-size bedroom, a double, a twin and a bunk room, this cottage can sleep up to eight guests. Also located on the first floor is a family bathroom, whereas the ground-floor is home to a shower room, kitchen and sitting/dining room with a woodburning stove. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden with lawn and patio. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 7.3 miles. Note: Access to this property via working farmyard. Note: If travelling with dogs be sure to bring your own dog beds, towels and blankets, please also note and apply to the Countryside Code as the property is in a rural, farming area. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £400 for this property. Note: An untethered Zappi EV charger is installed at the property and will be available for guest use, Guests wishing to use this facility will need to bring their own charging cable - There is a supplementary charge for using this facility of £40 for stays up to 7 nights and £40 for any additional weeks thereafter.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
