This detached cottage is located in a rural location near to Pontrhydfendigaid and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Y Bwthyn is a detached cottage on the owners' sheep farm close to the Mid Wales village of Pontrhydfendigaid. The all ground floor cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, one twin room and two bathrooms. It also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside is off road parking and a patio area with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside and just a short drive from the Mid Wales coast, Y Bwthyn is a superb family holiday home in wonderful surroundings.
Air-source central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Patio with veranda, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (to be kept on a lead due to surrounding livestock). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
