The Beach House in Pwllheli, Gwynedd sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The Beach House is set over three floors and consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a ground-floor double and a second-floor twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and second-floor bathroom, and there is also a hairdryer. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and a first-floor balcony with furniture and parking is available. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and two well-behaved pets are welcome (to be kept downstairs and off soft furnishings and beds) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Check-in from 5pm, check-out at 11am

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
