This large family cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, in a rural location in Dyfnant Forest, three miles from Llanwddyn.Note: No single sex parties. Parc Cottage is a detached family property on the owners' smallholding in Dyfnant Forest, three miles from Llanwddyn and near Lake Vyrnwy. There are four bedrooms - one king-size double with an en-suite, a twin, a double and a single room. There is a bathroom upstairs, and a family bathroom downstairs. There is a kitchen with dining area and woodburner, a utility, a games room with pool table and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is ample off road parking, and an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, hot tub and furniture. Parc Cottage is ideally placed for the forest's walking and cycling trails, or for heading to the lake for more lovely walks or to enjoy the fine bird and wildlife watching. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
