Hafanedd is a delightsome, mid-terrace cottage sitting in Penmaenpool near Dolgellau, Gwynedd and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, a dining area with seating for three people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed, multi-level back garden with gravelled areas, a terrace and furniture, along with on-street parking, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 2.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A relaxing break for all the family, choose Hafanedd. Note: The staircase in the property is narrow, please take care. Note: There are stone steps leading up to the entrance of the property, along with more in the back garden, please take care and supervise children outside at all times.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
