Ty-Clyd in New Quay, Sir Ceredigion, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Ty-Clyd, a seaside home consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting room with an electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a bunk, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed terraced garden with patio, gravelled area, furniture, and roadside parking, plus a public car park. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 mile, and beach 0.4 miles. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ty-Clyd invites family and friends for a coastal escape to Wales. Note: The stairs up to the garden may not be subtitle for those with limited mobility. Note: The roadside parking is available on a first come first served basis.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
