The Farm House near Beguildy, Powys, sleeps six guests in two bedrooms. The Farm House has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with woodburning stove and sofa bed, a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite, and a king-size with en-suite. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, CD player, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Outside there is a patio with furniture, access to 28-acres of woodland, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and travel cot on request. Retreat to Powys at The Farm House. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
