Gardener's Cottage is a semi-detached cottage near to the village of Llanwrthwl in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps five people and has one double bedroom, one twin, a single and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire. Outside is off road parking and a garden with outdoor furniture. With three other cottages on site and a spectacular location next to the River Wye, Gardener's Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage.
LPG gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge. Freesat TV, WiFi, DVD. Fuel, power and logs for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and petrol station 1.2 miles, pub 2.6 miles. Note: Private salmon, trout and grayling fly fishing available on a catch and release basis only at £20 per rod, per week.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
