Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. The cottage lies in a handy location on the A487, between Aberaeron and the University town of Aberystwyth, on the Cardigan Bay coastline. Within about a 15 minutes’ walk (3/4 of a mile) there are two beaches and access to the All Wales coastal path on this stretch of Cardigan Bay. Llanrhystud is a pretty village with a post office/shop, small supermarket, church and The Black Lion, which serves food. An open air market is held in the village each Tuesday. This cottage is a perfect base for exploring Cardiganshire (Ceredigion). There are many interesting towns and places, such as Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Lampeter, Tregaron and Devil's Bridge within a half hour drive, providing a whole array of things to see and do.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
