This character, detached cottage in Llangynog sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Haulfryn is a welcoming, detached stone cottage on the outskirts of the village of Llangynog. The cottage has two double bedrooms, each with some en-suite facilities and beautiful views. Downstairs is a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a woodburner, plus a utility and a sitting room with a second woodburner set in an inglenook hearth. Outside are gardens to the front and rear with wonderful views across the Tanat Valley, as well as parking for two cars. Haulfryn offers easy access to walking, cycling and touring in this wonderful area of Powys.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent, further fuel available to purchase from owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars with additional free parking in lay-by across the road. Bike storage. Front sloping terraced lawns, rear decking with sloping terraced lawn and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, two pubs 7 mins walk. Note: Cottage is on B road and some road noise may be heard. Note: Terraced garden with drops. Note: Low doors due to age of property, take care. Note: Mobile signal is intermittent due to location.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
